77 % of households reported that their income was insufficient to cover the cost of basic needs. Early recovery is integral t o t he humanitarian response t o north-west Syria, where more than 90 per cent of t he 4.5 million population depend on humanitarian aid t o meet their basic needs. HNO 2023
